Castle Season Three
Bestselling novelist Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion), continues to shadow Detective Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) supposedly as research for his best selling, fictional character Nikki Heat. Of course, fans of the show knew a longtime before season three began that Castle stays on the job for a lot more than just inspiration, but after their bust up at the end of season two, the third season begins with a very cold reception.
Of course things start to thaw, as the chemistry between Castle and Beckett soon heats up. But even though Castle’s stupendous hook up with his ex soon implodes leaving him eligible once again, romance isn’t on the cards for him as Beckett finds a beau. In fact in season three, Castle seems to be the only one who can’t find any love.
Fortunately his quick wit and thinking outside the box is still present throughout and the Castle and Beckett show just keeps getting better.
The usual array of murders to solve keep the season humming along at a pleasant clip, and the inclusion of a few bigger stories, such as the two episode hunt terrorists and a dirty bomb keep things interesting and fresh.
The season spanning story ark that gets the most attention this time round however is the mystery behind Beckett’s mothers killing, and we get a few episodes devoted to this as the conspiracy goes deeper than we could have ever imagined, leading up to a sizzling season final that will blow you away.
Castle Season Three is the best Season yet, and will have you bouncing off the walls in anticipation of what’s in store for Season Four.
