In Man VS Wild Deadly Encounters
Bear Grylls is an English adventurer who has served in the SAS, climbed Everest, circumnavigated the UK on a jet-ski and crossed the North Atlantic un-aided in an inflatable boat. It would be easy to call him crazy – though probably not to his face – if he weren’t such a lovable character.
In Man VS Wild Deadly Encounters Bear gives even more ammo to people who would call him crazy by putting himself in situations where he has to use all his wits, knowledge and tenacity just to survive. From the freezing cold the snow-capped Caucasus Mountains of the Georgian Republic to the scorching hot Sahara desert, Bear conjures up as many situations as he can to show off different survival skills that could save your life, if you were to be explicitly lost in the wilderness.
It’s not only entertaining it’s fascinating, but also shows you parts of the world that other TV shows would never dare tread. It’s crack cocaine for armchair adventurers.
