Ok, this was just weird. A totally bizarre and unexplainable movie. Well, maybe not unexplainable, but, pointless. A mother and a father, both separated from their respective spouses, yet both having their 40-year-old sons live with them, sans job. Meet at a conference, hit it off, get married, move in together. Both sons – now stepbrothers move in as well, end up sharing a room. Both pretty much behave like 7 year olds for the whole of the movie. Totally spoilt 7 year olds.
Rampant sexual innuendos, humour feels forced, plot going nowhere. I don’t know, maybe I’m missing something, maybe 40 year old men acting like kids is funny to some people, but I’m still scratching my head.
In the end the moral of the story is to never let your childhood go, but to hold on to it forever. Weird.
